A method to turn care into embedded operating practice.
The PENSAR® Method organises corporate mental health into a continuous cycle: research, understand, standardize, simulate, apply and review.

Review
What is not reviewed becomes a campaign. What is measured, applied and reviewed becomes governance.
Why isolated campaigns fail
Annual talks and meditation apps deliver immediate relief but do not address structural causes. Corporate strain does not take a break after awareness month.
- They produce no indicators or evidence of climate improvement.
- They do not prevent occupational illness.
- They isolate HR as the sole responsible for a topic that belongs to everyone.
The anatomy of the method
Each step connects to the next, forming an antifragile structure.
Probe
Data collection via Exora, climate mapping and anomaly detection.
Examine
Cross-checking indicators with organizational culture and identifying the root cause.
Normalize
Clear conduct and safety policies; rapid-response protocols.
Simulate
Stress-scenario tests and validation of flows with leadership.
Apply
Official rollout of psychosocial governance across the company.
Review
Continuous audit of metrics and adjustment of processes as the company evolves.
The PENSAR® Method draws on consolidated scientific foundations from organizational psychology, occupational health, work psychodynamics, risk management, psychological safety, organizational culture, and continuous improvement.
Its central thesis holds that organizational environments deteriorate when companies manage people solely through targets, roles, and productivity, without understanding the psychosocial factors that sustain or degrade human work. Therefore, PENSAR® researches before intervening, understands before standardizing, simulates before applying, and reviews continuously to maintain results.
COPSOQ
It intersects with the Copenhagen Methodology, particularly the COPSOQ — Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire — an international instrument used to assess psychosocial factors at work, including emotional demands, pace, autonomy, social support, leadership, organizational justice, stress, burnout, and satisfaction.
Scientific Models
While COPSOQ provides diagnostic metrics, PENSAR® provides a transformation architecture: researching risks, interpreting data, creating standards and policies, simulating scenarios, applying interventions, and continuously reviewing results.
The method also aligns with Brazilian Law 14.831/2024, ISO 45003, WHO guidelines on mental health at work, and NR-1, strengthening its application across mental health, compliance, ESG, and human governance.
PENSAR® transforms listening into data, data into diagnosis, diagnosis into policy, policy into action, and action into review. Its purpose is to sustain healthier, more productive, and more humane work environments over time.
