An Eixo4 concept

What is psychosocial governance?

It is the auditable, continuous structuring of how work relationships are managed. It moves workplace mental health out of the benefits column and into the risk and strategy column.

Why this is not "just" workplace mental health

Plenty of companies buy a therapy app and consider the matter closed. But burnout does not originate in the employee's lack of therapy — it originates in noise, overload and poor management inside the company.

Psychosocial governance looks at the system. It assesses risk, prepares managers not to manufacture avoidable pressure, and routes those who need care to a credentialed clinical network — under strict confidentiality.

The pillars of governance

  • Continuous assessmentAggregate reading of workload signals — never individual.
  • Manager capabilityLeaders who can demand results without wearing the team down.
  • Institutional policyClear routes for what happens next (PENSAR® Method).

Make the intangible manageable.
